At Novaa Living, every piece is thoughtfully designed by architects and handcrafted by skilled artisans. We take great care to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that a product arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return window starting from the date of delivery.
A return will be accepted only if:

  • The item was damaged during transit, or

  • The item is defective or incorrect upon delivery.

Because our furniture and décor pieces are handcrafted from natural materials, subtle variations in wood grain, texture, or finish are part of their uniqueness — they are not considered defects and therefore do not qualify for return.

How to Initiate a Return

You can easily start your return process through our website:
Go to the “Return Request” option in the footer of our home page and fill out the details.

Alternatively, you may also email us at info@novaaliving.in within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order ID,

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging, and

  • A brief description of the issue.

This helps us verify and process your request promptly.

Pickup & Return Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will arrange a doorstep pickup through our logistics partner.
Please ensure that:

  • The product is unused and in its original condition.

  • It is packed securely in the same box or equivalent protective packaging to prevent transit damage.

Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If a replacement is applicable, it will be dispatched promptly after inspection.
