  • For custom or made-to-order furniture pieces, processing times may be longer, and customers will be informed at the time of purchase.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines

  • We offer free standard delivery across India.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the shipping address and logistics partner, but typically range from 5–12 business days after dispatch.

  • Premium/express delivery may be available in select locations at an additional cost.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect.

4. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship within India only.

  • If your location is not serviceable by our delivery partners, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a full refund.

5. Delivery Conditions

  • Please ensure the shipping address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate. Novaa Living will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

  • For larger furniture items, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product can be delivered through entryways, staircases, or elevators.

6. Damages in Transit

  • We take great care in packaging our products securely. However, if your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging.

  • Such cases will be covered under our Return Policy for a replacement or refund.

7. Delays

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Novaa Living is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, strikes, or courier service disruptions.
