3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Taxes and delivery charges, if applicable, will be added at checkout.
3.2 We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
3.3 In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed at an incorrect price, even if payment has already been processed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 We currently deliver across select regions in India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen logistical factors.
4.2 Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery to the provided shipping address.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Our Return Policy allows returns within seven (7) days of delivery only in cases where products are received damaged or defective.
5.2 To initiate a return, customers must provide proof of damage (photographs and/or videos) and contact us within the 7-day period.
5.3 Approved returns will be eligible for either a replacement or a refund, at our discretion. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

6.1 All content on the Novaa Living website—including but not limited to product designs, images, text, logos, and branding—is the exclusive property of Novaa Living and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
